| AOP Open Awards Night 2009
The winners of the AOP Open Awards 2009 were announced at a packed Prize Giving Ceremony at the AOP Gallery on Thursday 6th August.
The Open’s 10th Anniversary gala evening was hosted by AOP Board Director, Simon Leach, who announced the 7 Judges’ Choices and presented the Public Choice Award to freelance photographer Lara Jade, who received a Wacom Intuos 4M tablet.
Sadly the winner of Best in Show, photojournalist Richard Wainwright, could not attend on the night, but has since collected his prizes from the AOP Gallery. Richard won a Kodak ESP 7 all-in-one printer with photographic paper supplied by Tetenal, plus a Wacom Intuos 4M tablet.
A full list of winners can be seen below, plus some snaps of the evening.
