AOP Photographers Awards Night 2009
The 2009 Photographers Awards night took place on Tuesday 7th April Sadlers Wells Theatre, London. The gala evening was attended by over 1000 exhibiting photographers, agents, industry suppliers, agency creatives, picture agencies, sponsors and press who enjoyed the Presentation, Exhibition and Book Launch accompanied as always by the refreshments flowing from the bar!
 The evening was hosted by our distinguished guest, the writer and broadcaster Robert Elms, who presented the trophies to a packed auditorium. As master of ceremonies, Robert entertained everyone with a great speech and guided the production effortlessly through the various awards categories.
The 2009 Judges awarded 29 trophies across the categories and the finale of the presentation was of course, the AOP Photographer of the Year in association with Epson, which was presented to Karin Berndl for her commissioned work in the Still Life Series category.
