AOP OPEN 2009

The AOP Open 2009 was judged by seven top professionals from the creative and photographic worlds, who selected 88 images to create the final exhibition.

Best in Show went to photojournalist Richard Wainwright for his documentary shot Mongolia - Surviving the Winter

As Richard explained, the image 'shows Munkhbat and Altangeret (both 15) who have lived in this manhole together for over three years under the streets of Ulaanbaatar, the coldest capital city in the world'.
