Photographers
The 2010 Photographers Awards exhibition will be showcased at the AOP Gallery in the following three sections: Section One will be on show from Tuesday 21st September to Thursday 30th September and will feature the images from the Commissioned Advertising, Design and Editorial categories. Section Two will be on show from Tuesday 5th October to Thursday 14th October and will feature the Non-Commissioned Body, Environment and Object categories. Section Three will be on show from Tuesday 19th October to Thursday 28th October and will include the following categories: Commissioned Documentary, Innovation, Moving Image and Best Commercial Use of Photography. The AOP Gallery is situated at 81 Leonard Street, London EC2A 4QS. EveryoneThe AOP Open Awards is the only photography competition in which professionals and amateurs compete on equal terms. There are no categories or themes - the purpose is simply to showcase outstanding individual images. The 2010 Open award winners have now been announced! The 2010 Open Exhibition at the AOP Gallery has now been extended for an extra two weeks and runs from Tuesday 17th August to Thursday 9th September. Assistants
The AOP Assistants Awards are the photography awards for Assistant Members of the AOP. The 2010 competition is now closed for submissions. The deadline was 6pm on August 9th and the judging will take place during the last 2 weeks of August. Annually showcasing the best images from the next generation of professional photographers, the competition is open to fully paid-up AOP Assistant Members - if you are interested in joining please click here. For 2010, the categories have been restructured to give entrants a broader range of options and entrants can now choose between Body, Environment, Object and Project.
